Each year we blend our vintage Sloe Gin by resting our award-winning London Dry gin on wild sloe berries for 3-4 months. Each year’s harvest has its own characteristics and 2015 has proved rich and delicious. Smooth enough to be enjoyed on its own, like a fine port with a cheese board, it can also be the perfect compliment to a winter cocktail, such as a Sloe Royale.
