Sweet and complex whisky. Matured slowly in a combination of sherry seasoned American Oak casks and ex-bourbon casks to create a complex whisky with flavours of vanilla sponge cake,baked apples and cinnamon. Bottled at 42. 3% ABV to bring out the key flavours in the whisky.
