A 100% Tempranillo wine with a classic vinification of destemmed, crushed grapes. Fermentation temperatures were kept at around 25 °C with moderate macerations for about 15 days. Aged for 17 months with French oak prevailing over American oak. For this vintage, we have chosen four coopers who respect the aromatic personality of the wine.
